Graham Moss, PhD (Adel. Uni.) RN, has been working in palliative care since 2003 coming from a background in haematology/oncology. Initially at Clare Holland house as a RN and educator in the inpatient setting and with a stint in clinical trials, he has since 2011 worked in the community both in Adelaide and Canberra. 

He is currently with Dr Suharsha Kanathigoda, Medical Director at Clare Holland House and Site Investigator, facilitating the rollout of routine assessment of psycho-existential symptoms in palliative care. His research interests include evidence based practice in palliative care, implementation research, networks of care and the developing field of building compassionate communities.
