Jennifer has a Bachelor of Business degree for which she was awarded a medal for academic excellence. More recently, she completed a Bachelor of Biomedical Science with First Class Honours in Human Nutrition from the University of Canberra. Jennifer is currently completing her master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics to become an Accredited Practising Dietitian. She is also interested in undertaking research in health and has completed a Graduate Certificate in Health Research. Jennifer’s passion is in examining the relationship between diet and disease and is particularly interested in the gut-brain-immune connection.
